Yes, I just ate a 1/2 lb of brie for lunch (ok--so I did let someone else try some) - but --- really I ate it all!! And when I ran out of crackers, I ate it with my fingers!! AND, it was not my favorite brand - it was Isigny Double Creme. I have a new brand of brie that has finally made it to my grocery store. It is a Triple Creme from California. The brand is ROUGE ET NOIR. I now have had the Triple Creme and the Le Petite Blue - both wonderful. And now for my new, non-cheese love -- Mt. Vikos Onion & Fig Jam (goes well with the brie). I know...sounds funny, but here are the ingredients: Sauted onions, figs, apple juice, honey, sugar, currants, water, spices, citric acid. I have been addicted to Mt. Vikos Apricot & Almond Spread for a while and finally decided to try something different.

Ohio City Pasta from Cleveland, Ohio is sold at a great place called the West Side Market. The fresh pasta is fantastic. Nothing like old, hard, dried pastas. The flavors are also varied...tomato spaghetti, spinach fettucini, black pepper pappardelle. 2 pound portions are sold at www.1800gourmet.com -- the only place online that it is sold.
